The containers are finally in place

Finally after a long fight the two containers we have wanted are in place behind the Wendy House. This will mean no more long walks across the field to get the gear out. The bosses and stands are in the existing container which we now own. The second container needs a little work on it before it is ready for use, but as we got it very cheap, it will be worth the effort.
Many thanks to all the people that helped with the move.
Harlequin members shoot Outdoors Indoors

17 members of the club travelled to Westcott Archers do have a go at the Indoor Field Shoot. It was an early and frosty start, but soon warmed up with a bacon butty and a cup of tea. Then it was on to the task in hand. Shooting 20 3D targets very cleverly arranged in the indoor winter wonderland. The targets ranged from a small rock critter to a large killer whale. There were the usual flying pigs, rising fish, a racing penguin and a nodding owl. Great fun was had by all and even some medals were won. Special mention must go to one of our juniors James who on his first field shoot came first beating all the junior Freestylers and he was shooting Barebow. I think there will quite a few coming back next year.
